John is a Master Trainer for the ASSERTIVE DISCIPLINE® and SUCCEEEDING WITH DIFFICULT STUDENTS® programmes.

John runs leadership and personal development workshops for school students. The workshops use a mixture of drama and group-work techniques and a team of trainers. A distinctive feature of John's work is that wherever possible, he trains students and staff together.

John provides a customised bleand of lesson observation and feedback, management consultancy and whole school training. "The key is to find out what makes each institution tick and then address those issues which will make a real, positive difference to the school."
